The KIC Initiative Incorporated:
With more than 20 years of dedication to philanthropy, my non profit The KIC Initiative Incorporated supports young students who have experienced significant trauma by providing a structured, safe environment where they can regain their personal power and develop healthier coping mechanisms through exercise and boxing. This program aims to replace harmful behaviours, such as substance use or self-harm, with constructive physical activity, mental resilience, and emotional healing.
The Menopause Club:
As a personal trainer specialised in working with women during menopause, I understand the unique challenges this phase brings. I have founded a menopause club dedicated to supporting women through this transition, offering guidance, community, and strength classes to help navigate this difficult time. My goal is to empower women to feel strong, supported, and confident as they manage the physical and emotional changes of menopause.
